Principals Message

Dear Families

As we come to the close of Week 3 already- I feel that this is going to be a very fast term despite everything that is going on around us.

This week as I spent time with the children and staff and witnessed the many happenings on our current site, I began to feel a real sense of pride and excitement about where we have come from (our journey so far) and the amazing opportunities that lie ahead:

Our wonderful students are learning every day and have been since we opened the temporary site.

Our staff have been preparing and providing high-quality educational content whilst ensuring that well-being, belonging and the importance of relationship are at the forefront.

WE ARE GROWING A SCHOOL! The classroom demountables are nearing completion for each of the Stages to have their own space and environment. Our turfed area is nearly ready to run and play on.

We will soon be able to have a hall/library to enjoy and use for assembly, Masses, and special events. We have been provided with so many beautiful books and rich texts.

The gift of financial support from The Diocese of Lismore Catholic Schools Ltd (DLCSL) Board to help alleviate the burden of fees.

The NBN connection and student devices connection to the Catholic Schools Office Server is occurring next week.

YOU, OUR PARENTS HAVE STOOD BY US AND SUPPORTED US THROUGHOUT.

We continue on in faith and hope for the coming weeks and all that they bring.

SCHOOL PHOTOS

School Photos will be taken on Wednesday 25 May 2022. Photo Envelopes were sent home this week, please return them as soon as possible. Family (sibling) photo envelopes are available from the Office.

KINDERGARTEN 2023

As we move quickly through 2022, it is time already to begin kindergarten enrolments for 2023.

We will be holding our Kindy Information Night on Tuesday 21 June 2022. If you have children ready to begin school next year, or if you know of anyone who may be interested in enrolling in Kindergarten (or any other year) in 2023, the Information Evening will be held on Tuesday 21 June at 6 pm.

IN WEEK 3 OF TERM 2 WE ARE TRULY GRATEFUL FOR:

The mobile library
Our community and colleague schools who continue to offer support and donations.
The Incitarie Retreat- Lorena, Clancy and Miles who represented us.
The food and water that have continued to be provided for our students.
All that has been and will continue to be in our School site.
